To support our customers, Rufford has established relationships with a carefully selected network of specialist workshops across the UAE. These trusted partners understand both classic vehicles and the unique modifications incorporated into Rufford builds, enabling them to provide expert servicing, maintenance and repair support.

Owners are under no obligation to use Rufford’s recommended specialists and are free to choose any service provider they prefer. However, for those seeking the reassurance of technicians familiar with the vehicle’s specification and build philosophy, our recommended partners are available to provide professional support whenever required.

Whether it’s routine maintenance, repairs, upgrades or technical advice, Rufford remains committed to helping owners keep their cars in exceptional condition throughout their ownership journey.

Secure Vehicle Storage

For owners who require additional space or spend extended periods away from the UAE, Rufford can arrange secure, specialist vehicle storage through one of our trusted automotive partners.

Unlike conventional parking facilities, vehicles are stored indoors in a dedicated, professionally managed environment designed specifically for enthusiast and collector cars. Your Rufford will be protected from Dubai’s heat, dust and humidity, while benefiting from regular battery maintenance, vehicle health checks and careful monitoring throughout its stay. Vehicles can also be periodically exercised and prepared for use upon request, helping to maintain them in optimal condition while in storage.

Collection and delivery services can be arranged for added convenience, allowing owners to enjoy a seamless ownership experience whether they are in the UAE or overseas.

Storage is available on both short-term and long-term agreements, providing a secure and convenient home for your Rufford whenever it is not being driven.

Warranty & After-Sales

Every Rufford is built using a combination of carefully restored original components and new or professionally reconditioned parts from established suppliers. As each vehicle is based on a classic car that is typically around 50 years old, it is not possible to offer the comprehensive manufacturer warranties associated with modern production vehicles.

To provide additional peace of mind, every Rufford includes a 30-day / 500 km Shakedown Support Period (whichever occurs first) following delivery. During this period, Rufford will rectify any issues arising directly from the build or assembly process.

Any applicable supplier or manufacturer warranties on new or reconditioned components will be passed directly to the owner. In most cases, these warranties are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery, although terms may vary by component and supplier.

Should a warranted component fail, Rufford will assist in sourcing replacement parts and coordinating repairs through our trusted service partners in the UAE.

Labour costs are not covered beyond the Shakedown Support Period. However, Rufford remains committed to providing ongoing technical support, supplier coordination and access to specialist service providers whenever assistance is required.
